Goods bought online can be returned provided they are returned in same condition as they were sold within 14 days of the date of purchase. You may return your item(s) by post, at your own cost. For  our record purposes, kindly produce your email receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, you will need to contact us at returns@homeshop51.com. Once you have done this, we will provide you with an address to post the item. Fill in the return section of the form and fix the label to the outside of the package.     

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. You must ensure that goods are returned in protective packaging. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment that was used to purchase the item, once we receive the item at our warehouse. Please note that certain items cannot be returned, Our usual refund policy does not apply to Cut fabrics, gas fuels, lighters and open cosmetics.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
